Keegan Precast Ltd. design, manufacture and erect bespoke ‘paint ready’ precast concrete walls and floors for client’s in Ireland and the UK.

Our design department and manufacturing plant are located at our head office at Trammon, Co Meath, Ireland. 

We offer a complete precast solution (design, manufacture, delivery and erect) or we can simply design, manufacture and deliver to site.

Our erection crews are managed by our on-site project manager who ensures safe systems of work and quality control is adhered to by all staff.

The quality of the finish is achieved by the following:

1. The Quality of the Concrete – From a single source of supply, our aggregates are carefully selected and our mixes individually tailored to suit each application – the result is a superfine consistently high quality finish concrete.
2. The Highly Polished Steel Pallets – The steel pallets are specially machined and maintained to produce a mirror effect. Proper care in the use of release agents produces a blemish free steel shuttering system.
3. The “Shaking Station” – A special radio frequency produces an oscillation process to gently broadcast the air bubbles from the concrete.This produces our trade mark “Paint Ready” surface every time
