Precast Twin Walls are made of two leaves of Precast Concrete joined together with steel lattice girders. The resultant void is filled on site with in-situ concrete. Insulated Sandwich walls are made using the same process and come complete with an internal core of insulation. Precast Concrete Retaining walls are manufactured using the twin wall system with an increased bespoke designed steel content. All walls are made in our High Tech Fully Computer Automated Carousel Twin Wall Plant on highly polished steel shutters to give a true “Paint-Ready” finish.

Filigree Slabs are sometimes known as Plate Flooring, Half –Floor, Flat Slabs, Wide Slabs, Omnia Slabs, Biscuit Slabs, Precast Ceilings, Permanent Formwork or Lattice Girder Planks. Filigree Slabs are made in the same high tech plant as the twin walls. Consisting of a 70 mm flat concrete slab cast on highly polished steel shutters with integral steel lattice girders they are designed for ease of use and when combined with an in-situ concrete topping provide a solid concrete floor slab with a highly polished “paint ready” exposed concrete soffit.

When combined, the Keegan Precast Walls and Floors System provides a solid, durable, highly polished monolithic structure which easily meets the Progressive Collapse requirements and dramatically reduces programme time and prelim costs.

Typical uses for Keegans Precast Concrete Twin Walls and Floor Slabs include Hotels, Nursing Homes, Prefabricated Schools, Prisons and Distribution Centres.
